DELIVERY

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on all orders over £49.99 ex VAT.

For all orders under £49.99 a £3.95 delivery charge will apply

Before you place an order under £49.99 please take the time to check you or others in your office if they require any thing as that way you can take advantage of our free deliver and help reduce the number of deliveries we make – cutting CO2 emissions!


DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to get your order to you ASAP which normally is next day unless stated.

The majority (currently 98%) of our office stationery range is available for next day delivery. However, sometimes delays may occur this may be related to stock issues or natural occurrences such as extreme weather like snow!

Please ensure all orders are placed before 5pm
Order placed before 5:00pm on Fridays will be delivered at the start of the following week.
Orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered on Tuesday or after.

All our deliveries are made by the courier UPS and SO A SIGNATURE IS ALWAYS REQUIRED.

Our courier service delivers between the hours of 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we cannot state a specific time that your order will be delivered at so please make sure someone is handy to sign for your products.

If the courier attempts to make a delivery but is unsuccessful, a notice of attempted delivery will be left at the delivery address after each attempted delivery, indicating the date and time of the attempted delivery. The courier will make three attempts at delivery to business addresses and two attempts to residential addresses, after which time the delivery of goods will be treated as undeliverable and returned. We will contact you to discuss cancellation of the order.

If delivery of your order was unsuccessful and subsequently cancelled we reserve the right to retain the cost of delivery if incorrect delivery details were provided by you when placing your order which caused the delivery to fail.

Some areas, such as Aberdeen and the Highlands may take slightly longer to delivery too and may take 2-3 days.

We deliver to all mainland UK locations.

 

RETURNS

Firstly– Sorry you are reading this part of our site!

We always want our customers to be happy with their office products, however, if you are not completely satisfied with an item we will offer to replace it or collect it and offer a full refund.

The most important thing to remember is to always contact us within 14 working days to arrange a refund & return.

The process for refunds & returns for unwanted items is as follows:

1.Let us know within 14 days

2.Ensure the products & goods are in re-saleable condition

3.We will email you a returns reference number which MUST be clearly written on the outside packaging – Not the product packaging!

4.Our courier UPS will pick up the products within 3 working days

5.Once the goods have been delivered back to our warehouse we will refund the card you made the payment on.


The process for Damaged & Missing goods is as follows:

1.Please let us know within 3 working days

2.We will order a replacement free of charge

3.We will arrange a collection within 3 working days

Business Machine & Food returns

Business Machines:

Depending on the item that is deemed faulty you may need to contact the manufacturer directly for resolution (in most cases of hardware items). If you are unsure though please contact us in the first instance and we will advise you. For items that are not covered by manufacturer's warranty then we will arrange collection and refund you accordingly. Replacement goods are subject to manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

Food & Drink

The majority of the Food and drink products which we sell are non-returnable – this is because of draconian health & safety policy which are out of our control.
